This online application is now used to replace the old 'Xps Converter' downloaded application. This new update to this tool has brought the power of the old 'Xps Converter' to anyone quickly online. No need to download an application or worry about your IT restrictions getting in the way. Just get the conversion done quickly with this free online tool.

The converter is used by those that need to get their data out of an accounting software that does not have easy exportation to excel. If your accounting software like Quickbooks only allows you to print on pre-printed forms or e-File using their system but you want to use our software, then this tool can help.

Simply print your forms, as if you were going to print on pre-printed forms, to a 'PDF' file.

Navigate to the PPFC main page.

Select the 'PDF' file you just created.

Select the Tax Year format your system exported (this may not be the current tax year format)

Select the Form Type (currently only supports 1099-Misc and 1099-NEC)

Accept the reCAPTCHA

Agree to our Terms of Use

Click 'Generate SRC' then you will get your newly converted '.src' file contained within a '.zip' file.

If the conversion doesn't work (items in wrong boxs) the biggest case is that the wrong tax year or form type was selected. Verify these by checking the tax year and form type pages for specific example forms that display the layout the data must be in for the given year or form. The other option is to export the '.src' file to excel, manipulate the data, and then copy and paste from excel by header name back into the program.
