Export Grid to Excel

This function is useful when you need to do mass changes to many people at one time. When this action is selected, you may not see anything happen right away (depending on your computer hardware), but it is working. After a little bit of time, your excel application should start up and then the data in the grid of the program should show up in the excel application. You can now manipulate the data and then copy & paste your data from excel back into the program when you are ready. Note that the data that is loaded in excel is not saved in any excel file at this point. If you would like to save the data for use later, use excels normal save functionality to retain that data in an excel workbook.
